» Loading capacity :

Each container Max. Payload must not exceeds 28 Ton, “Payload” means the cargo weight plus its packing (Not including the container Tare).

1 container capacity for 1 CM Tiles = Approx. 700:750 SQM.
1 container capacity for 1.2 & 1.5 CM Tiles = Approx. 600:650 SQM.
1 container capacity for 2 CM Slabs or Tiles = Approx. 400:440 SQM.
1 container capacity for 3 CM Slabs or Tiles = Approx. 300:330 SQM.
1 container capacity for 4 CM Slabs or Tiles = Approx. 200:220 SQM.

» Slabs Packing:

•  Wooden Bundles:
Slabs are packed in groups and each group is gathered and loaded inside wooden bundle by 7:14 slabs in each bundle up to the thickness of the slabs 2 cm, 3 cm or Etc...

 

•  Normal Packing:
Slabs are directly placed on the ground of the container into 2 groups or 4 groups up to the length of the slabs, each group is leaning on the container side and separated with wooden bars between each other.

» Tiles Packing :

•  Wooden Crates:
Tiles are packed in strong wooden crates “Boxes” vertically and surrounded with Styrofoam sheets for more protection.

 

•  Wooden Pallets:
Tiles& stairs are placed on wooden pallets horizontally and protected with rubber or carton from 4 edges then enwrapping with plastic sheets and fasten with belts.

» Blocks :

Blocks are placed inside containers with strong wooden bars underlay.
